I am also happy with this double page spread. I didn't think that the images would work but they actually do! Changing parts of my design for the spread was for the best i think, making contrast between the T/S with the rend really makes the title stand out i think. Sticking to the monochromatic colour scheme has made it look as one. I'm not sure if i like the typeface which i have used for the T and S so that's one thing i would go back and change possibly.

Fitting the text around the T.
To fit my text around the T i used the pen tool and changed the path by clicking on different spots around the T so the text would flow around it. I did this because it looked better on the page, rather than trying to align the writing, as it was tricky trying to do that without managing to get it overlapping the T.
finished DPS pages 4/5.
Overall i am also really happy with this double page spread, i changed it around alot through the process of designing it but i'm happy with the outcome. I like the random parts of the tartan pattern coming in at the sides, it really brightens up the page.
Header for page 4
For my header on page 4 i decided to double it up, making the back one alot bigger and at the same time more opaque. I did this using the effects and then adjusting the Transparency. I then decided to do another more smaller version onto, changing the opacity but not as much so it stands out above it.
finished DPS page 2/3.
I am really happy with the outcome of my first double page spread. I love the white space that i have used, it really brings everything out on the page.
Graphics for pages 2/3
I decided instead of writing 'Kate Moss' as a headline to make a K in illustrator then placing it into InDesign. I decided to put it next to the body text, turning it into a large Drop Cap.
I then decided into of doing a boring M to make two images into an M and placing in at the top of page 3, representing the M in Moss.
